On October 5th, I will be taking part in the ALS Ride to support of our team captain, Scott Burns, and the many people living with ALS and their families.
Scott is an awesome guy who regularly worked up a good sweat in my spin classes. His recent diagnosis is tough to bear and it has motivated me to take part in this ride.
